Journey to Neptune Shipping Policy

I currently only ship within Australia.  All orders are processed within 2 – 3 days of receiving payment, excluding weekends, public holidays, and other holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Australia: 4-10 business days (allow longer for peak Christmas period)
  • Carrier: Australia Post

Packaging

Your artwork will be carefully wrapped and packaged for shipment. I take additional steps to make sure your artwork is ready for its journey to you.

Artworks on paper : To protect the artwork when shipping, it is first secured front to a mat board, backed with cardboard and then placed into a resealable bag. Next, it is put into a rigid mailer for shipping. There are different weights and qualities of mat board. The function of this one is to protect the artwork during shipping. Whether this is suitable for your final frame depends on the frame size you choose.

Artworks on wood: The artworks on Australian hardwood are weighty and designed to stand and be displayed on a mantelpiece or sideboard rather than hung. This allows the beautiful edges of the wood to be showcased in your home. The artwork is wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed into a cardboard box with extra protective packaging.

Smaller Canvas Paintings Are wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed into a cardboard box with extra protective packaging. They can be hung as wall art with or without a frame.

Larger canvas paintings: Will be shipped unstretched and rolled in durable cardboard tubes.

Why isn’t the artwork sold in a frame? It is significantly more affordable to ship without a frame and allows you to choose a frame to compliment the style of your home.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number, please use this to track your package’s transit.

Damaged in Transit

In the unlikely event that your package is damaged in transit, please take several clear photos in good lighting to show evidence of the damage. Please then Contact – Journey to Neptune with your tracking number, order number and description of the damage. I will be in contact to request the photos, and I’ll work with you to file a claim and replace the damaged artwork or issue you a refund.
